10 Best Event Management Companies in Dubai, UAE (2026)

Planning a corporate event? We plan and deliver corporate events end to end.

The best event management company in Dubai is the one whose focus matches your event: corporate or social, end to end or piecemeal, Dubai only or across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Below we compare 10 established Dubai companies, what each is known for and who it suits, then give you a checklist for choosing between them.

How we chose this list

Purrple Orryx Events wrote this article, and we list ourselves first. We are a corporate event management company in Dubai, so read our entry with that in mind. The order after number one is not a ranking: every company below is a credible choice for the right kind of event.

To be included, a company had to meet four tests:

  • Based in Dubai. It has a Dubai office or headquarters that it publishes on its own website.
  • Active in 2026. Its website is live and shows current services or recent work.
  • Verifiable. We checked each company's services, focus and location against its own website or a reputable publication. Where we could not confirm a detail, such as a founding year, we left it out rather than guess.
  • A clear specialism. Each company is known for something specific, so you can match it to your event.

We have not included any prices, client ratings or rankings for other companies, because we cannot verify them fairly. If a company on this list has changed its services or address, tell us at info@purrpleorryx.com and we will update the article.

It does not take on weddings, private parties or standalone rentals.

Its work covers conferences and summits, gala dinners, product launches, team building and exhibition stands across the UAE, and in Saudi Arabia as a Dubai-based partner. Recent work includes the MENALAC Awards 2024 for 400 to 500 guests at Sky View Dubai and a 500-guest family day for CANPACK delivered in one week. It holds a 4.7 Google rating from 140 reviews.

Its services span private events, weddings and birthdays as well as corporate work such as product launches, gala dinners and MICE events. Its 2026 portfolio includes a product launch and awards evening for DeWALT at the Bluewaters Ballroom alongside social celebrations, which shows how it carries the same theatrical approach across both sides of its business.

3. Mosaic Live

Mosaic Live is an event management company with offices in Dubai Media City and in Abu Dhabi. It focuses on corporate and government events, and also delivers festivals and public events.

On its own website it reports more than 1,000 events delivered, more than 100 government and corporate clients and 17 industry awards, built up over more than 18 years in the UAE. Its listed formats include product launches, gala dinners, award ceremonies, conferences and brand activations.

Suits: larger corporate or government events, especially where you need a team with a presence in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

4. Panache Middle East

Its services are grouped into brand activation, event experiences, creative content and retail engagement. Its work leans towards consumer-facing campaigns in malls and public venues, and its website lists Guinness World Records set for activations, including a video-game dance marathon for Microsoft Xbox and a domino drop at Marina Mall Abu Dhabi.

Suits: brands that want activations, launches and retail engagement in front of consumers, in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.

5. Elevey

Elevey is a Dubai-founded event company that covers both corporate and social events. On the corporate side it lists brand and property launches, conferences, gala dinners, award ceremonies and exhibition stalls. On the social side it plans weddings, birthdays, baby showers and seasonal celebrations.

It reports more than eight years of experience and more than 45 projects, and brings venue scouting, décor and styling, AV production, catering and entertainment together under one team. Its real estate and property launch service is a notable specialism in a city where developer launches are frequent.

Suits: companies planning a launch or gala that want a styled, design-led look, and clients who need one planner for both business and personal events.

6. Jack Morton (Dubai)

Jack Morton is a global brand experience agency with an office in Barsha Heights, Dubai, and further offices in the region including Riyadh and Doha. Its Dubai office works across event and experiential marketing, employee experiences, trade shows and exhibits, digital experiences and sponsorship activation.

The work it lists from Dubai includes campaigns for adidas around the 2022 FIFA World Cup, a Google Home launch, work for Siemens and programming for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Expo 2020 Dubai. That mix shows its strength in brand-led, multi-channel work rather than single events.

Suits: large regional or global brands that want an experiential agency able to connect events with wider marketing.

7. Hafla

It works at the meeting point of technology, art and live experience: strategy, creative development, technology integration and the delivery of immersive brand experiences. Its work is brand-focused, covering product launches, interactive events and brand activations, and it has developed its own experience IPs.

Suits: brands that want a technology-led or immersive experience, such as an interactive launch or an installation built to generate content.

How to choose an event management company in Dubai

Use this checklist when you shortlist two or three companies.

  1. Corporate or social focus. A company that mainly plans weddings works to a different rhythm from one that runs conferences and awards. Ask what share of last year's events matched yours.
  2. End to end or piecemeal. Decide whether you want one partner for everything or will book venue, AV and décor yourself. End to end means one point of accountability; piecemeal gives more control but more coordination for your team. Purrple Orryx explains its end-to-end approach on its event management page.
  3. In-house production. Ask what the company builds, owns or runs itself (staging, AV, fabrication, show calling) and what it subcontracts. Both models work, but you should know who is on site when something changes.
  4. Portfolio relevance. Look for events of the same type and size as yours, ideally with the venue and guest count stated. Case studies are more useful than a highlight reel.
  5. References. Ask for a client contact from a recent, similar event, and read recent Google reviews rather than a selection on the company's own site.
  6. Licences and venue relationships. Check the company is licensed to trade in Dubai and has worked at your type of venue. Hotels, raw outdoor sites, factories and exhibition halls each have their own rules for build times, power and approvals.
  7. Budget transparency. Ask for an itemised proposal that separates venue, production, fabrication, entertainment, staffing and management fees, so you can compare like with like.
  8. Lead time. Ask what timeline the company needs for your format and what changes if you have less. A good partner will tell you plainly what is realistic.

Typical costs and timelines

Every event is priced on its own brief, so any single figure would mislead. These are the factors that move the budget most.

What drives cost

  • Guest count and format. Seated dinners cost more per head than standing receptions, and multi-day conferences add accommodation, catering and repeat set-ups.
  • Venue type. A hotel ballroom comes with power, toilets and kitchens. A desert site, beach or factory floor may need a tent, generators, flooring and facilities brought in.
  • Production level. LED screens, staging, lighting and sound scale with the room and the audience. Live streaming and simultaneous translation add cost and crew.
  • Fabrication and branding. Custom sets, exhibition stands and themed builds are priced on design, materials and build time.
  • Entertainment and hosts. Headline acts, MCs and themed performers vary widely.
  • Season and dates. The cooler months and the weeks around Ramadan and December are busy in Dubai, so venues and suppliers book up and fewer options remain.
  • Lead time. Short timelines can still work, but they can limit choices and may need extra crew.

Typical lead times

As a rule of thumb, allow two to three months for a conference or gala dinner, at least six weeks for a custom exhibition stand before build-up, and three to four weeks for a team building day. Ramadan events are best booked six to eight weeks ahead. Shorter is possible with an experienced team: Purrple Orryx delivered technical production for a 400-plus participant forum at Expo 2020 Dubai confirmed three to four days before the event, and a facility grand opening in Ras Al Khaimah planned in under three weeks. Those are exceptions, though, and more time gives you more choice.

Frequently asked questions

What does an event management company in Dubai do?

It plans and delivers an event on your behalf. Depending on the company, that can include the concept, venue, production, AV, décor, entertainment, catering coordination, guest management and running the event on the day. Some companies handle all of this end to end; others supply specific services and leave the overall coordination to you.

How do I choose between event management companies in the UAE?

Start with focus: corporate, social or both. Then compare portfolios for events of your type and size, ask what each company produces in-house, request a recent client reference and ask for an itemised proposal. Shortlist two or three and judge them on how clearly they explain the plan, the risks and the costs.

Do these companies work outside Dubai?

Several do. Most companies on this list deliver events across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. Panache Middle East, The Hanging House and Jack Morton list offices in Riyadh, and Purrple Orryx runs events in Saudi Arabia as a Dubai-based partner. Check where the delivery team will travel from and who manages local suppliers.

How far in advance should I book an event company in Dubai?

For a conference or gala dinner, two to three months is comfortable. Custom exhibition stands need at least six weeks before build-up, and team building days around three to four weeks. Busy periods such as the cooler months, Ramadan and December fill up early, so book sooner for those dates. Shorter timelines are possible but limit venue and supplier choice.

What affects the cost of a corporate event in Dubai?

The main factors are guest count, format, venue type, production level, fabrication, entertainment, season and lead time. A raw outdoor site usually needs more infrastructure than a hotel ballroom, and live streaming or translation adds crew. Ask for an itemised proposal so you can see where the budget goes and which items you could scale back.

What is the difference between a corporate and a social event company?

A corporate event company works with businesses on conferences, awards, launches, openings and team events, where the objective, stakeholders and approvals shape the plan. A social event company focuses on weddings, birthdays and private parties. Some companies do both. If your event is for a business, look for corporate case studies at a similar scale.

Can an event management company in Dubai also build exhibition stands?

Some can. Exhibition stands need design, organiser approvals, fabrication, build-up and dismantling within strict show schedules, so check that the company has built stands at the venue and show you are attending. Purrple Orryx delivers custom stands, including two-level stands, for shows in Dubai.

Is Purrple Orryx a good fit for weddings or private parties?

No. Purrple Orryx works only with businesses, on corporate events such as conferences, gala dinners, awards, launches, openings, team building, family days and exhibition stands. If you are planning a wedding or private celebration, companies on this list that cover social events, such as The Big Night, Elevey, Hafla or Jannat Events, are a better place to start.
