We are Purrple Orryx Events, a Dubai corporate event management company founded in 2013. We plan and deliver complete events for businesses across the UAE and manage Saudi Arabia projects from Dubai. How do we approach corporate events?
Founded in 2013
We started Purrple Orryx in 2013 to help businesses launch, position and celebrate their brands across the UAE. As a corporate event agency in Dubai, our aim is to build lasting client relationships through work that answers a clear business need.
Start with the objective
We begin by understanding what the event needs to achieve and who it is for. That objective guides our ideas, the event format and the delivery plan. Our role as your event organiser in Dubai is to connect those decisions, rather than treat each element as a separate purchase.
Take responsibility for the complete event
We build one complete package and manage delivery. Our Dubai event management work includes planning, coordination and event production as part of the event itself. We work with businesses, not private-party clients, and do not supply furniture, tents or equipment as standalone rentals.
What events do we deliver?
Our work covers conferences and summits, awards ceremonies, gala dinners, product launches, brand activations, grand and warehouse openings, team building, employee and family days, retreats, company anniversaries, exhibitions and corporate iftar. As a Dubai events company, we deliver these formats end to end across the UAE, with Saudi Arabia projects managed from Dubai.

What does our work look like in practice?
An annual conference in Dubai
We ran Al-Futtaim Logistics' annual GCC conference at Le Meridien JBR for 200 to 250 staff. The scope included stage and screen design under a low ceiling, AV, branding, a photobooth and conference management. Read the Al-Futtaim Logistics conference case study.
A Riyadh conference managed from Dubai
We delivered Eurovent Middle East's HVACR conference at InterContinental Riyadh for approximately 200 guests. Planned over 90 days from Dubai, the project covered Saudi permits, registration, speakers, AV, guest handling and live show delivery, supported by Riyadh partners. Do you work only with businesses?
Yes. We plan and deliver corporate events for businesses. Employee and family days are company events, not private celebrations. We do not organise weddings or private parties.
Can you manage an event outside Dubai?
Yes. We deliver corporate events across the UAE and manage Saudi Arabia projects from Dubai. Our Eurovent Middle East conference at InterContinental Riyadh included Saudi permits, registration, speaker management and on-site delivery with Riyadh partners.
Can we book equipment or other individual items without a complete event?
No. We take on complete corporate events rather than piecemeal work. We do not rent furniture, tents or equipment on their own, sell corporate gifts, or undertake concerts, festivals or commercial fit-outs.

Start with the business objective, preferred date, location, event format and expected audience. Share any venue requirements or existing plans with our Client Engagement Head so we can discuss the scope of a complete event.
