We shape a concept around that objective: theme, format, running order and guest journey, with visuals you can react to before anything is booked.
3. One complete package
You receive one proposal that covers everything: venue, production, AV, décor, entertainment, branding, logistics and people. One budget, one timeline, one point of contact.
4. Plan & produce
Our team books, designs, builds and rehearses. Suppliers work to our plan, not to separate briefs, so nothing falls between the gaps.
5. Deliver on the day
Our crew runs the event on site: set-up, cues, timings, guest flow and every live decision, while you look after your guests.
6. Review
After the event we look back with you at what worked and what to build on next time.

What We Don’t Do
We don’t take on piecemeal work. We don’t rent furniture, tents or equipment on their own, sell corporate gifts, or run concerts, festivals, commercial fit-outs or private parties. Every project we accept is a complete corporate event, delivered end to end.

Can we hire you for just one part of our event, such as AV or décor?
No. We work as an end-to-end partner, so we plan and deliver the whole event. That is how we can be accountable for the result.
What do you need from us to prepare a proposal?
The objective of the event, the audience and guest count, preferred dates, the city and a budget range. We take it from there in a short consultation.
How early should we start?
For most corporate events, eight to twelve weeks ahead gives the best choice of venues and suppliers. Conferences, exhibitions and large gala dinners benefit from more time.
Where do you deliver events?
Across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and in Saudi Arabia for Dubai-based companies who want one partner to manage the event on the ground.
