Bioderma wanted a relaxed day out for employees, partners and their families that built team spirit and reflected the brand's health and family values.
The challenges
Outdoor weather risk
The whole event was outdoors, so sudden weather changes had to be planned for.
Many vendors, many zones
Inflatables, animals, food stalls, entertainers and craft stations all ran in parallel.
Children around animals
The petting zoo and food stalls drew the heaviest crowds and needed close supervision.
