The brief
Al-Futtaim Logistics brings its GCC team together once a year to set growth strategy, share knowledge and build the team. They needed a partner for design, technical setup and running the day.
The challenges
Low ceiling, big screen
The ballroom ceiling limited stage height, but presentations needed a large screen.
Photobooth vendor arrived without props
The photobooth supplier forgot the props and custom sleeves on the day.
What we did
Lower stage, same screen
We reduced the stage height so the full-size screen fitted and presentations stayed clear.
One-hour reprint
We had the missing props and sleeves printed nearby and on site within an hour, before the break when guests used the booth.
Mockups after site visit
Design mockups were produced after a detailed technical site visit, then refined in creative sessions.
