We set up a short call to understand the objective, the audience, the format and what worked or did not work at your past events. If the venue is still open, we suggest options that suit the headcount and the season.
You get a concept, a venue recommendation, a production plan, a timeline and a costed proposal from one team. Once you confirm, one lead manages suppliers, rehearsals and the show day through to the de-rig.

Purrple Orryx is a Dubai event management company founded in 2013. We plan and deliver corporate events end to end: conferences, gala dinners and awards nights, product launches, brand activations, grand openings, family and employee days, retreats, anniversaries, exhibitions and corporate iftars.
Concept, venue, staging, AV, branding, entertainment and on-site management sit with one team, so you brief once and have one person to call on the day. As an event organiser in Dubai, we also run events in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and, for Dubai-based clients, in Saudi Arabia.

MENALAC Awards 2024: we planned and produced the yearly gala of the Middle East and North Africa Leisure and Attractions Council at Sky View Dubai for 400 to 500 guests, covering design, staging, show run, sponsors and guest management, including a seating change one hour before doors.
CANPACK Christmas family day: an outdoor carnival for about 500 employees and family members at JA Resort Jebel Ali, confirmed one week before the event and run in cold, windy weather.

As soon as you have a date or a month in mind. The cooler months, roughly October to April, are the busiest for venues, crew and production in Dubai, so more time gives you more choice.
Short notice is possible. We delivered technical production for a forum at Expo 2020 Dubai confirmed three to four days before the event, and a family day for about 500 guests confirmed one week out.
