Both clients wanted a double-decker stand to stand out on the show floor, add private meeting space and present their products, within show safety and structural rules.

The stand was confirmed three weeks before Gulfood, leaving little time for design, sourcing and fabrication.

The client's interior designer had drawn for a permanent build, not a temporary stand.

The upper deck had to carry busy foot traffic within safety standards.

Bulky machinery had to sit on the stand without looking industrial.

Engineered decks
Engineers verified the mezzanine structure before handover.
Prefab and modular
Components were pre-fabricated and delivered in build sequence; the stand was mocked up in our warehouse first.
Adapted materials
Permanent-build specs were adapted for fast assembly, and an unavailable mesh fabric was replaced with an equivalent.
Dressed machinery
Decorative covers turned machinery bases into part of the design; the VR zone was placed for smooth visitor flow.
