ITH Unbolt 2026 Team Building Event ,Dubai
Purrple Orryx delivered ITH Bolting Technology Middle East’s annual Unbolt team building offsite in the UAE, managing the experience from office pickup through to hotel check out. The programme included transport, food, team activities, kids entertainment, karaoke, a treasure hunt, photography, overnight accommodation and an evening movie night.

The brief
A one-day offsite once a year, taking the whole team from Dubai South to a hotel and covering everything from pickup to check-out, with fun activities ending in a movie night
The challenges
What made it difficult, unusual or time sensitive
No major difficulties. It was a complete logistics chain (bus, food, rooms, activities, check-out) that needed tight coordination between the bus pickup, hotel, activities and photographers.
What we did
What Purrple Orryx did to solve them
Arranged the bus, driver and helper, breakfast packages on the bus and the bus entry pass. Welcomed guests with artists at the venue. Ran a full day of treasure hunt, karaoke, kids activities and curated team-building sessions in the ballroom. Delivered decoration, photo opportunities, a photographer and a videographer, painting art activities and refreshments.
