Purrple Orryx turned Peikko Gulf's new warehouse in Ras Al Khaimah into a formal venue for its grand opening and networking dinner for about 200 guests, planned in under three weeks. The Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah's attendance was confirmed at the last minute, and we reworked security and royal protocol to match.

The brief
Peikko, the Finnish construction technology group, opened a large warehouse and production facility in Ras Al Khaimah and wanted a ceremony, facility tours and a networking dinner for partners, clients and investors.
The challenges

Exposed beams, concrete floors and product racks had to feel like a formal venue.

Vendors, artists, design and logistics all had to be locked in less than three weeks.

Zoned the warehouse
Lighting defined the stage and VIP zones, florals added warmth and branding walls hid storage and racks.
Trusted network
Vendors and performers from our existing network, with contracts fast-tracked and daily check-ins.
Protocol rework
We coordinated with authorities on security, updated the guest list and aligned the ribbon cutting with royal protocol.
Scripted show
A timed MC script covered VIP arrivals, speeches and transitions, with an earpiece link to the MC.
